Three Mill Lane
Meet inside the House Mill cafe (open March to December) or outside in Three Mill Lane (at Bow Creek). The walk is free of charge, but donations to the House Mill would be welcomed. You can buy something to eat or drink in the cafe before the walk. The Miller's House Cafe is next to the House Mill and closes at 4pm approximately on Sundays.

Transport
Bromley by Bow Tube, Bow Road DLR (or Devons Road DLR). Buses 25, D8, 276, 425 (High Street, Stratford) or 488, 108 (Hancock Road, Tesco).
By car to Bow Interchange, and then South on the slip road (Hancock Road, alongside the A12) to the Tesco car park where you should be able to park there for up to three hours. Alternatively on a single yellow line nearby and parking bays on Sundays.
